Admission Procedure:

The rules and regulations in force at the time a student joins a course shall hold good only for the examination held during or at the end of academic session. Nothing in these ordinances shall be deemed to debar the University from amending the ordinances subsequently and the amended ordinances i.e. if any shall apply to all the students whether old or new. Candidates will be abiding by the Rules & Regulations / Terms & Conditions as laid down by the institute from time to time.

Institute and University have every right to discontinue any course, if minimum number of students has not joined. In such a situation, the entire fee paid by the student will be refunded. The Institute will not refund fees once paid for the eligible candidates under any circumstances. The rights will be only of the institute for any cancellation of admission.

Eligibility:

To meet the eligibility criteria, the degree/diploma/schooling certificates issued by a recognized University/Board/Institution, or concerned Statutory Authority are only accepted.

Photocopies of documents establishing the eligibility of candidate are required to be submitted duly attested by gazetted officer or notary.

The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any admission if any deficiency is found ineligibility or the information provided in the application form.

If the eligibility documents of a candidate are not found genuine, at any point of time, the admission, and the examination(s) passed by the candidate is /are liable to be cancelled without any liability on the part of Geetanjali Educare and the entire fee paid will be forfeited.

Lateral Entry:

Lateral Entry shall be allowed only in the programmes where the same is specifically mentioned.

The Candidate has to pay Lateral Entry Fee extra apart from the regular Course Fee, Enrolment Fee and Examination Fee.

Credit Transfer:

Candidates who are pursuing programmes from other Universities can continue their remaining part of the programme from the University of Geetanjali Educare under Credit Transfer Provision for the next year / semester as per the University rules.

The Candidates will also have to clear remedial examination, if any of the papers which are not equivalent to the course of the University of Geetanjali Educare.

The Candidate has to pay Credit Transfer Fee extra apart from the regular Course Fee, Enrolment Fee and Examination Fee.

Registration / Enrollment:

Admissions are accepted in diflerent times for different types of courses and should be confirmed by administrative / counsellor of the institute.

Candidate may apply on the printed form of the institute or may download it from the website www.geetanjalieducare.com

The Candidates should ensure, before submitting the application for admission that the course is offered by Geetanjali Educare and they fulfil the eligibility criteria as laid down in the prospectus or websile for the said courses.

Candidates who have not Completed their qualifying exams, or who have appeared in the final exams and awaiting results can also enrol for the University Programme. However, the result should be submitted before the first semester / year exam.

Only the duly Completed forms along with requisite fees are accepted by the Institute.

Required eligibility documents duly attested by gazetted officer or notary are to be attached. No forms will be accepted without eligibility documents.

In case the proof of eligibility (e.g. attested copies of final year mark sheet/ graduation degree certificate) not furnished with the admission form, provisional admission will be granted, at the University's discretion, which will be confirmed upon submission of the same.

Candidates have to submit 5 nos. of their recent color passport size pholograph.

All legal disputes, if any, shall come under the jurisdiction of Court in Kolkata only.
